Water Baby

You Don't Know Jack is away from the starting post -- will I finish it before Flump arrives? I hope so! That's the plan, at least...

Bloke and I went swimming on Friday afternoon. It's meant to be one of the best forms of exercise you can do while pregnant. I felt one or two kicks while I was actually in the pool but it was once we'd got out that Flump made his/her feelings known. I got acrobatics of all sorts, so I assume that means he/she enjoyed it :)

Just finished reading: Immovable Objects by Marie Ferrarella

Well done!!! You have quite a deadline in front of you. I would try and finish if you can. Time will be a bit scarce intially after flump arrives :-)

Thanks, Liz :)

I really want to try and finish it before Flump's ETA. My dream plan is to have it out on submission so that while I'm sleeping and eating and feeding and nappy-changing, at least something's out there trying to keep my writing career going!

Fingers crossed then! Or flying over the keyboard really :-)

Well done with making headway with YDKJ.

I used to go to Ante-natal swimming classes when I was pregnant with my first, and we both loved it - although I have to say I particularly enjoyed the craving for chips from the chippie afterwards too!

Sue :-)

LOL, Sue. I didn't want chips after my swim, but I did want a toffee yogurt! Maybe there's an old-wives' tale relating sweet/savoury cravings to the sex of the baby...
